Questions

Tenant changeovers: quick answers

Can you work straight from the check-out report?

Yes. That's how we work. We read every line, send back a Nothing Extra scope that references each one, and sign each one off in the completion report.

Do you write the check-out report?

No. An independent inventory clerk or your agent does that. We work to their report, which keeps our scope and our charges easy to check.

How quickly can you turn a property round?

Tell us the tenancy end date and the next viewing, and we'll plan around them.

Tell us about the job. We'll send a fixed price.

Room sizes and a few photos are usually enough.
